Check-in / Check-out: Rooms and suites are available from 3 pm and are reserved until 6 pm. For arrivals after 6 pm, we kindly request a short notification. On the day of departure, we ask guests to vacate their rooms by 11 am; otherwise, an additional day will be charged.

Local tax: The local tax is € 5.00 per person per day (not included in the room price).

Parking: One car is free and for each additional car, € 7.00 per day will be charged.

Reservations are binding upon receipt of the deposit (100% of the room price).

Payment: We accept cash as well as debit and credit card payments. The hotel reserves the right to authorize the credit card prior to arrival.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required by credit card or bank transfer. Bookings are confirmed in writing by both parties via email. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation: We ask for your understanding that in the event of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, charges will apply according to the cancellation conditions of the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry).
